Lulu Belle Boutique® is inspired by love and passion. As the owner of Lulu Belle®, fashion has always been a love of mine growing up a girly girl playing dress up with my fashion forward Mother. Over the years, I developed a gifted sense of style and appreciation for the finest quality women’s clothes, shoes & handbags. I always had to have that "IT" handbag or pair of shoes months before anyone else even knew they were going to be hot.
